Exterior Coatings
All are products are made using durable acrylic binders and non-fading pigments for a lasting finish. However, we recommend Alfa for painting exteriors where there is low to moderate rainfall and a matt finish is required. Legacy is our premium acrylic smooth sheen paint specifically for areas with higher rainfall and dust and pollution levels.
Both interior and Exterior paints are available in 1200 + shades different colours and we can mix any color from any competitor or any imagination.
Evertex – Tex Paint gives a tough matt finish, so it is recommended on uneven substrates so that the defects of the substrate are not noticeable.
If cost is a constraint, we recommend the use of Alfa – Acrylic paint as it has all properties of a 100% Acrylic paint – except that a lower cost binder is used to reduce the cost. It is far more superior than cement paint.
If cost is NOT a constraint, Legacy – 100% Acrylic Exterior paint should be used. It has a pure acrylic binder which increases the life of the paint and also protects the building surface.
If the interior walls of your building have leakage from the exterior walls, Acrelast – ELASTOMERIC paint should be applied. This forms an elastic film on the surface which expands & contracts with the cracks thereby, not allowing water to seep through. However, proper surface preparation is a must, such as – proper crackfilling by using Aquaseal ASG Crackfiller followed by application of suitable primer like Aquaseal ASG primer.
Use of cement paint is not recommended as adhesion of the top coats of paint may be poor if the primer coat is not properly cured. Especially in multi-story buildings it is not easy to ensure proper curing of the cement primer. We recommend our very unique interior/exterior multi-purpose Legacy Acrylic Primer with excellent adhesion, coverage and holdout.
Interior Coatings
We recommend using a mild liquid dish detergent and water. Do not use harsh cleaning solutions or abrasive powders. Use a soft sponge and move the sponge in light circular motions for cleaning the stained area. Paints may be washed 30 days after application.

Textured Coatings
Shieldex Textured Coatings can be applied on new building facades as well as old buildings. Its application improves the aesthetic appeal of the building due to the various designs in which it can be applied. It is especially recommended in old buildings which have undergone repairs as it adds protection to the repaired exterior surface.
Yes. Shieldex Textured Coatings is applied in a wet thickness of upto 2mm. This forms a tough exterior surface which covers hairline cracks. This will prevent water seepage from exterior surface.
Yes. This is a specialized application and as such only trained applicators can carry out the application. You can contact the company’s Customer Care Cell for a list of specialized applicators who can do the job for you.
Shieldex Textured Coatings come in a basic off-white shade and on application has a slightly rough finish. Hence, it is necessary to paint over it with Legacy 100% Acrylic Paint.
Yes. Depending on the trowel movement in horizontal, vertical or circular movement, different designs can be achieved. By spraying material on the surface with the help of compressor, a water droplet effect can also be achieved.
Waterproof Coatings
Aquaseal ASGCrackfiller can be used for filling cracks in the wall. The crack should be opened in a ‘V’ groove with the help of a grinder machine. This should then be filled up with the material the help of a spatula in one or more coats depending on the depth of the crack.
Yes. It forms a ‘breathable’ membrane on the surface once it is applied thereby not allowing passage of water or dampness but at the same time allowing the substrate to breathe.
It is a ready to use waterproofing system. Just open the can & start applying the material with either a brush or roller. There is no need to add cement or any additive to it. Even a layman can easily use it for application over various surfaces.
NO. It is a single component system and only water may be added, that too only slightly for improving brush ability.
One primer coat and two coats of the material directly. There is no separate primer. The same material needs to be thinned down SLIGHTLY with water to be applied as primer. But care should be taken not to thin the material too much as the effectiveness of the coating depends on the recommended thickness.
Yes. It can be used as a sandwich coat on various surfaces such as bathroom slabs, terrace slabs before brick bat coba, around windows, basements and even slanting concrete roofs. It cannot be used over roofing tiles as it is brush applied.
Ideally, it should be used as a sandwich coat since it forms a soft membranous film. It should be covered by a sand/cement screed or china mosaic chips
All different qualities of Interior & Exterior paints, Waterproof Coatings and ready plasters have different coverage depending on the substrate on which it is being applied and also on the thickness at which it is being applied. Please refer to the product brochure or contact the Customer Care cell for further details.
Building Materials
Kwikplast is a single component system. There is no need to procure different raw-materials like Sand, Cement or water for the plaster. It avoids the cumbersome and dirty process of on-site mixing of these materials, thereby reducing pollution.
NO.
No. Kwikplast is formulated with special additives and fillers which do not let cracks/shrinkage cracks appear on the surface even though the surface is not cured after application.
Kwikplast is to be applied by a trowel. It should be applied in thickness of 4-6mm layers and thickness should be built up gradually. Extra care should be taken not to apply very thick layer of the material as this may lead to improper drying and subsequently cracking.
Yes. Kwikplastcan be used on concrete surfaces, brick walls and even siporex blocks. The coverage shall vary according to the surface.
Kwikbond mortar can be applied at a thickness of 3-4 mm to give a very good bond. It can be used for bricks, concrete blocks or siporex blocks also.
